Domain Logistics, a cannabis logistics company. When Canada launched the legal cannabis market in 2018, Domain Logistics became a proven expert in omni-channel supply chain. The company was created as a value-added partner to The Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS). Domain Logistics’ foundation was nearly 40 years of experience with some of North America’s leading retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers. Our domain is delivering high service solutions that optimize cost and provide supply chain control. The difference is a culture that drives operational performance and creates lasting partnerships with our customers. The company needed to develop a strong brand, with precise positioning, while also maintaining a positive public persona as they were one of the first companies to launch in the industry.

Solution:

Domain Logistics selected Cannabis Brands to recommend a power branding strategy backed with key messaging for the company, a strong web presence which was also supported with a public relations component.  The branding and key messaging process started with discovery sessions with the core teams, and a review of market research, as it was consistently changing with new laws and regulations. This systematic process helped to take the subjectivity out of the equation.

Results:

Cannabis Brands conducted the discovery sessions with the team and provided a report of recommendations for the Domain Logistics brand strategy. Upon completion, the team developed the logo, and built out the website design with all the core brand design components which included, but not limited to, the letterhead, e-letterhead, business cards and envelopes, as well as the email footer and the PowerPoint template designs. To support the branding elements, Cannabis Brands also designed out co-branded assets, digital fliers, core value posters and materials, and a creative for upcoming conferences and events.
